Jamie’s career spans Grand Rapids Public Schools and Kentwood Public Schools, with experience from school support staff to administration and executive leadership.
At Grand Rapids Public Schools, Jamie served as Director of Extended Learning Programs and worked in human resources. At Kentwood Public Schools, she serves as Executive Director of Human Resources and previously served as an assistant principal at East Kentwood High School. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership.
Her focus includes clearer education pathways, stronger community partnerships, and listening to students and adult learners to understand barriers and opportunities.
